Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Salsa Madras – Chennai, we value your commitment to learning and participation in our classes, workshops, and events. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be considered.

1. Class Registrations

• Once a student registers and payment is completed, the fee is non-refundable.

• Fees are non-transferable to another person or program.

• In special cases such as medical emergencies or relocation, management may, at its discretion, offer:

  • A class transfer to another batch, or

  • A credit note valid for future classes within 3 months.
    Supporting documents may be requested.

2. Private Classes

• Private class bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled once at no extra cost.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class will be charged in full.

• No-shows are considered completed sessions.

3. Workshops & Bootcamps

• Workshop and bootcamp fees are non-refundable after registration.

• In case of illness or unavoidable absence, participation may be deferred to a future workshop of similar value, subject to approval.

• Substituting your spot with another participant is allowed only with prior consent.

4. Events & Parties

• Tickets purchased for any Salsa Madras events, socials, or parties are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• If an event is cancelled by the organizer, full refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

• In case of postponement, tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date.

5. Online Tutorials & Digital Purchases

• Fees for online tutorials or digital downloads are non-refundable once access is granted.

• In case of technical issues (e.g., inability to access purchased content), assistance will be provided to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Force Majeure

Salsa Madras shall not be liable for cancellations caused by events beyond our control — including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.
In such cases, programs may be rescheduled, moved online, or credited for future participation.
